Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nexsprite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexsprite. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Credits and Payments

Nexsprite uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely but have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Credits on accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be expired at our discretion.

5. Generated Content

You own the pixel art assets you generate using Nexsprite. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial projects, without attribution. We do not use, display, or sell your generated content.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or consistency of generated outputs. Results may vary depending on the prompt and other factors.

Due to the nature of the generation process, outputs may inadvertently resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the generation system
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
• Use automated tools to access the service outside of provided API and MCP interfaces

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in abuse of the service. In the event of termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@nexsprite.com. Upon request, we will delete your account, generated images, and personal data. Unused credits on deleted accounts are forfeited.

8. Data

We store your login information, generated images, generation prompts, and image adjustment settings (positioning, background removal). We use Stripe to process payments and Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Service Availability

Nexsprite is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexsprite and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
