Nexsprite (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Nexsprite service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What We Collect

Account information

Your email address and display name when you create an account.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store this information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage data

We store the text prompts you submit for image generation and the image adjustment settings you configure (such as positioning, scaling, and background removal options). We use this data solely to provide the service and improve generation quality.

Generated images

We store generated images for delivery purposes. We do not use, sell, display, or train models on your generated content.

Technical data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not use your prompts or generated images to train AI models.
  • We do not track you across other websites.
  • We do not serve ads.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Nexsprite service
  • Process payments and manage your credit balance
  • Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve service reliability and performance

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate Nexsprite, including:

  • Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Third-party API providers for content moderation and internal processing. Your prompts and related inputs may be sent to these providers in order to deliver the service. We select providers whose terms prohibit using your data for model training.
  • Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated website usage analytics (page views, visitor counts, web vitals). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. Vercel's analytics privacy policy.

We select third-party providers carefully, but we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We may change providers at any time without notice.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or to resolve disputes.

Server logs are retained for no more than 90 days.

Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format

Cookies

Nexsprite uses cookies only for essential purposes such as maintaining your login session. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless and privacy-friendly.

Children

Nexsprite is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

Nexsprite is operated from Canada. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed in Canada. We handle all data with care regardless of your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
